The GCSWCD is always looking for individuals and groups interested in volunteering to assist with stream projects. If you have an interest in streams, natural resources, or just spending a few sunny days outdoors, we would love to have you help on our Stream Team. Our stream restoration projects involve a lot of work that we would be unable to accomplish without the help of our wonderful volunteers. Thank you for your invaluable service! |

What do volunteers do?
The roles of volunteers vary according to project needs. As a volunteer, you may assist with plantings, help with carrying materials, or lend a hand with other important project aspects. We are typically looking for help in the spring and fall with plantings on stream banks, but we can also use some help in the summer at our plant materials center. If you have any skills that would be useful in your Stream Team Volunteer role please let us know. We would love to have your help! |
