Greene County Industrial Development Agency
The Greene County IDA focuses on developing “shovel ready” sites and existing historic locations with the goal of marketing to and attracting a diverse mix of business types and employment opportunities for local residents as well as needed new local property tax revenue. Working in partnership with the Greene County Office of Planning and Economic Development and the Greene County Chamber of Commerce under the banner of GreeneBusiness, the IDA offers a variety of financial and incentive based tools and management flexibility to help foster success.

Catskill Streams
Catskill streams is devoted to inspiring streamside landowners and the larger watershed community to live in harmony with Catskill creeks and rivers and the beautiful landscape they support.

Catskill Watershed Corporation
The Catskill Watershed Corporations is a Local Development Corporation established to protect the water resources of the New York City Watershed West of the Hudson River (WOH), to preserve and strenghthen communities located in the region, and to increase awareness and understanding of the importance of the NYC Water System.

Watershed Agricultural Council
The Watershed Agricultural Council (WAC) is a nonprofit organization with the mission to support the economic viability of agriculture and forestry through the protection of water quality and the promotion of land conservation in the New York City watershed region.

New York State Department of Environmental Conservation NYC Watershed Program
The DEC is an active partner in the management and protection of the New York City Watershed Program (NYCWP). Within the DEC is the Office of the NYCWP. Formed in 1997, it   has staff in Central Office and DEC Regions 3 and 4 who work exclusively on the NYCWP. The Program Coordinator, Thomas R. Snow, Jr., is located in DEC's Central Office in Albany, NY.

New York City Department of Environmental Protection
New York City's Department of Environmental Protection has a comprehensive watershed protection program which focuses on both protective and corretive initatives to ensure that its Catskill/Delaware reservoir system, the source of 90% of the supply's daily demand, remains unfiltered and sustains its extraordinarily high quality.

Agroforestry Resource Center (Cornell Cooperative Extension Columbia and Greene Counties)
The Agroforestry Resource Center provides educational programs, supports research, and promotes collaboration among organizations concerned with sustaining the forest-dominated landscape of the Catskill Mountain/Hudson Valley Region.

Catskill Forest Association
The Catskill Forest Association (CFA) is a non-profit, membership organization dedicated to enhancing all aspects of the forest in New York's Catskill region. Through their programs, CFA works to ensure that the Catskill Mountains have a productive, working forest for present and future generations.

Catskill Center for Conservation and Development
The Catskill Center fosters and protects the environmental, cultural and economic well being of the Catskill Mountain Region. Their interdisciplinary approach to protecting ecosystems and creating vibrant communities encompasses four program areas – Arts & Culture, Education, Natural Resources, and Regional Planning.

EPA Watershed Academy
The Watershed Academy is a focal point in EPA's Office of Water for providing free training and information on implementing watershed approaches. The Academy's self-paced training modules, webcast seminars, and live training courses provide current information from national experts across a broad range of watershed topics.

Center for Watershed Protection
The Center for Watershed Protection works to protect, restore, and enhance our streams, rivers, lakes, wetlands, and bays. The CWP creates viable solutions and partnerships for responsible land and water management so that every community has clean water and healthy natural resources to sustain diverse life.

Association of State Floodplain Managers
The Association of State Floodplain Managers is an organization of professionals involved in floodplain management, flood hazard mitigation, the National Flood Insurance Program, and flood preparedness, warning and recovery. ASFPM has become a respected voice in floodplain management practice and policy in the United States because it represents the flood hazard specialists of local, state and federal government, the research community, the insurance industry, and the fields of engineering, hydrologic forecasting, emergency response, water resources, and others.

Low Impact Development Center
The Low Impact Development Center is a non-profit organization dedicated to the advancement of Low Impact Development technology. Low Impact Development is a new, comprehensive land planning and engineering design approach with a goal of maintaining and enhancing the pre-development hydrologic regime of urban and developing watersheds.
